Evaluation Criteria

TNSF evaluates projects based on the following factors:

  • Projects must have sustainable designs and create a positive impact on society.
  • Buildings must be certified as green under IFC EDGE, IGBC, GBCI, or equivalent certification.
  • Promoters' track record and reputation are taken into account.
  • Proximity to social and commercial infrastructure, such as schools, hospitals, and public transport, is considered.
