NOTICE FOR EXPRESS CONSENT TO PROCESS PERSONAL DATA
Dear Service Provider, In accordance with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (“DPDP Act”), we are required to obtain your free, specific, informed, and unambiguous consent before collecting and processing your personal data. As part of our onboarding process for service providers engaged via our website for outsourced assignments, we request your express consent to process your personal data for the purposes outlined below. We may collect personal data from you including, but not limited to, your name, contact details, email address, business address, government-issued identification numbers (such as PAN, Aadhaar, GSTIN), bank account details, professional qualifications, certifications, and any documents or information submitted as part of our KYC, vendor evaluation, and contracting process.
Your personal data will be processed for the purpose of assessing your eligibility and suitability as a service provider, entering into and administering a contract with you, facilitating payments, ensuring compliance with applicable laws (such as tax and labour laws), maintaining internal records, and fulfilling our legal and regulatory obligations. It may also be used to communicate with you regarding assignments, service levels, contract performance, or related matters.
We may share your personal data with our internal teams, auditors, payment processors, regulatory bodies, and professional advisors, or with third-party service providers who support our operations. All such entities are contractually obligated to handle your data with strict confidentiality and in accordance with applicable data protection laws. If your data is transferred outside India, it will be done in compliance with the DPDP Act and applicable legal safeguards. You have the right to request access to your personal data, correct any inaccuracies, withdraw your consent (subject to contractual or legal obligations), and file a grievance with us. You may also appoint a nominee to exercise these rights in case of your incapacity or death. We will retain your personal data only as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes stated above or as required under applicable laws, after which the data will be securely deleted or anonymized in accordance with our internal policies. By proceeding with the onboarding, you confirm that you have read and understood this notice, and you voluntarily provide your express consent for the collection and processing of your personal data in accordance with this notice and the DPDP Act.
