As part of our onboarding process for service providers engaged via our website for outsourced assignments, we request your express consent to process your personal data for the purposes outlined below. We may collect personal data from you including, but not limited to, your name, contact details, email address, business address, government-issued identification numbers (such as PAN, Aadhaar, GSTIN), bank account details, professional qualifications, certifications, and any documents or information submitted as part of our KYC, vendor evaluation, and contracting process.

Your personal data will be processed for the purpose of assessing your eligibility and suitability as a service provider, entering into and administering a contract with you, facilitating payments, ensuring compliance with applicable laws (such as tax and labour laws), maintaining internal records, and fulfilling our legal and regulatory obligations. It may also be used to communicate with you regarding assignments, service levels, contract performance, or related matters.

We may share your personal data with our internal teams, auditors, payment processors, regulatory bodies, and professional advisors, or with third-party service providers who support our operations. All such entities are contractually obligated to handle your data with strict confidentiality and in accordance with applicable data protection laws. If your data is transferred outside India, it will be done in compliance with the DPDP Act and applicable legal safeguards.
