Legal Executive
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in law.
Experience: 2–5 years of post-qualification experience in corporate law, investment transactions in PE/VC firms, and regulatory compliance, including SEBI AIF regulations and structured investment instruments.
Fund Management – Senior Roles
Qualification: MBA / Chartered Accountant / Master’s degree with key role in investment operations / corporate development.
Experience: 12 to 25 years of experience for Senior leadership Position and 5 to 12 years of experience for Managerial Role.
Investment Analyst / Associate
Qualification: MBA from a top B School or Chartered Accountant
Experience: 3 -5 years experience in financial modelling and investment analysis.
