Vivek is a Real Estate and Infrastructure professional with over 26 years of experience out of which 12 years at CXO level. He is also an EDGE expert. He is an MBA (Finance) from IIM-Calcutta and BE in Civil Engineering from IIT–Roorkee. He started his career with “Indian Engineering Services” and worked there for 13 years before joining the corporate sector. His Core competencies include business development & strategy, residential, industrial & commercial real estate development, planning, design, contract & project management, sales & marketing, corporate finance, investor relations, land acquisition, corporate affairs & communication, smart city etc.

Prior to joining TNIFMC, he worked as Business Head & COO of Mahindra World City, Chennai and was responsible for P & L of the integrated Smart Business City consisting Industrial, Residential, Social & Commercial development spread over 1500 acres. He has also worked with Thermax, Nitesh Estates and Shriram Group.
