A Post Graduate in Economics and CAIIB (Project Financing), with 33 years of experience in Fund Industry.

He has held various positions in Unit Trust of India (UTI), a Fund with a corpus of INR 62,000 crores. Handled various domains viz., Stock Market Operations, Investments, Marketing, Accounts, Administration, and Operations at Southern Zonal Office and at Corporate Office, Mumbai. As Vice President and Chief Dealer headed the entire Secondary Market Operations as well as the Primary Debt Market Operations. As head of Operations at Hyderabad, was in charge of the State of Andhra Pradesh for Sales Promotion and other Branch Operations and administration.

Prior to joining TNIFMC, he was the Vice President & Head Operations with IDBI Mutual Fund (INR 8200 Crore MF) coordinated the activities of Operations, Investor Servicing, RTA, Custodian and publication of daily NAVs of Schemes and Plans. Also, as Head of Finance and Accounts, handled AMC and Trustee Company accounting and represented the company in the capacity of COO/CFO to the Boards and its Committees. Functioned as Principal Officer of the Fund for PMLA Compliances.

At TNIFMC, he heads the Administration and Operations team.
