Rohit is a Master of Science in Construction Management from Columbia University, New York with over 8 years of experience in the Infrastructure, Real Estate and Construction industry. He started his career working as an Assistant Project Manager for a Construction Management firm in New York, where he spearheaded a multi-million dollar hospitality project. Subsequently, he joined the Major Projects Advisory practice in KPMG New York as an Associate Consultant, where he specialized in advising Fortune 500 clients on strategy, risk, cost, and implementation of capital projects.

After his return to India, he took charge as Director of a Chennai based construction management company, where he was involved in managing construction projects, overseeing all aspects of contract negotiations and project management. His focus was in the Indian road sector PPP projects and affordable housing. Rohit has graduated with a Bachelors in Mechanical Engineering from College of Engineering Guindy, Anna University.
