Elayaraja is part of the Admin team in TNIFMC since June 2017. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Commerce (Bank Management). He also has a Diploma in Commuter Applications, Desktop Publicaitons and Multimedia. Prior to joining TNIFMC, he was Admin Manager in the UR Group of Constructions for three years.

During his collegiate/school days he recevied the Rajapushkar Award (scout) received from the Governor of Tamil Nadu and the Rashtrapati Awards for Scouts & Rover-scouts from the President of India.
