Thiru V.Arun Roy IAS, is an Officer of Indian Administrative Service (IAS) belonging to 2003 batch. He is currently the Secretary to Government, Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises Department and Secretary (Expenditure) to Government, Finance Department, in addition to being the Chief Executive Officer of TNIFMC. He has served in various capacities including Under Secretary, Deputy Secretary (Budget) and Joint Secretary in Finance Department, Collector of Krishnagiri and Ramnathapuram Districts, Managing Director of Chennai Metropolitan Water Supply and Sewerage Board, Vice Chancellor incharge / Registrar of Tamil Nadu Law University, Managing Director of Poompuhar Shipping Corporation, Commissioner of Welfare of Differently Abled Persons, and Special Secretary of Industries Department.
