Vijaya Rajendran has double Masters – M.Sc. (Maths) and M.Sc. (Information Technology). He has a Post Graduate Diploma in Computer Applications as well. His skills include Programming Presentation. He has served the Government of Tamil Nadu for 33 years during which period he has held various positions as Research Assistant, System Analyst and rose to be Senior Systems Manager.

He specializes in School Education Department and has designed Tamil Keyboard Driver. He has developed many training programmes for School Education Department and has maintained server systems and electronic file processing systems.
